Robi Wells-Parker

Robi Wells-Parker serves as the Principal of Vista Charter School, where she also oversees Student Services, providing leadership in special education, student support systems, and programs designed to meet the diverse needs of all learners. She holds an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education, with graduate studies completed through Regis University and the University of Northern Colorado.

Robi is passionate about creating a school culture where students feel safe, valued, and empowered to succeed. Her leadership is grounded in relationship-building, trauma-informed practices, restorative approaches, and inclusive educational programming that support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth of every student. She believes that strong partnerships with families, staff, and the community are essential to helping students reach their full potential.

As Principal, Robi is committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and high expectations while ensuring students receive the individualized support they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. She looks forward to working alongside students, families, and staff to continue building a welcoming school community where every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
